The principal objective of the Saint Paul Public Schools Purchasing & Contract Services Department is to facilitate the procurement of quality products and services for ISD #625 students and staff through prudent expenditures of District monies by following all applicable Board policies and state laws governing educational procurement.

The Saint Paul Public Schools Purchasing & Contract Services Department recognizes purchasing as a profession and subscribes to the standards and expectations of the Code of Ethics as promulgated by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP).
