This website is intended for members of the public who are interested in doing business with Saint Paul Public Schools.  The public can also see information related to our policy regarding sweatshops.

The principal objective of the Saint Paul Public Schools Purchasing & Contract Services Department is to facilitate the procurement of quality products and services for ISD #625 students and staff through prudent expenditures of District monies by following all applicable Board policies and state laws governing educational procurement.

The Saint Paul Public Schools Purchasing & Contract Services Department recognizes purchasing as a profession and subscribes to the standards and expectations of the Code of Ethics as promulgated by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP).
